I think DSMTCA is the ADSM Trusted Communications Agent.

Could someone tell me what the program DSMTCA does on the AIX client?

I was running version 1.2 (now upgrading to 2.1) of the client and this
program hung my backup script which hung my critical overnight processing
that must occur. I can't find any documentation on this program.
