and it mentioned that the ADSM Notes agent should have its own dsm.opt file
and this file is seperate from the dsm.opt file for the ADSM Backup/Archive
client.  Anyone have any ideas what where can I obtain a sample copy of the
agent dsm.opt file?

I just used the OS/2 client file as a guideline.  I copied it to the ADSM/API

subdirectory, and made the changes for the exclude lists, nodename, etc.
Other than that, it is the straight ADSM OS2 DSM.OPT - same TCP/IP parms,
etc.
