Subject: Windows Scheduler bug

This problem was introduced in the version 2 level of the Windows
client.

When the day changes (clock time goes from 11:59pm to midnight) the     duler
scheduler countdown timer stops and thus the schedule will never
execute.

This problem has been fixed as APAR IC11411 and is included in PTF 2.
