Joe...CEEBINIT is a module that is part of the C (or LE) runtime library.
Usually this is defined as a DCSS (saved segment)...but it can also
be loaded manually on your virtual machine using FILEDEF and NUCXLOAD.
I don't know why it would stop working (assuming it was working
previously) unless the shared segment got written over by another
application segment..or virtual memory got overwritten...Greg Tevis
