Note to Melinda Varian-  on your tape exit machines problem.

I am running 1.1.10 of the ADSM server on a VM/ESA 2.2 machine, and I
don't see any problems like you describe.  I have defined and used
up to 5 exit machines for tapes.

Maybe soemthing in attach/detach processing is different between the
2 vm levels ?
