Subject: tape reclaim process

I updated the reclaim percentage for my tape storage pool so that
some tape space could be freed up.  To my surprise with this
release of ADSM (VM.14) nothing happened except that a process was
spawned but no tape mounts were submitted.  Obviously this is a bug
but has anyone else experienced this.This is what shows up in the
activity log but no mount request is sent to the exit machine.

ANR1040I Space reclamation started for volume VM5000,
storage pool BACKUPTAPE (process number 3).
ANR1044I Removable volume VM5000 is required for space
reclamation.
ANR5216I CARTRIDGE VM5000 is expected to be mounted (R/O).
ANR1142I Moving data for collocation cluster 1 of 2 on
volume VM5000.

Any help would be appreciated.
