OK, just verified how HSM works with NFS files.  You should not use
the advanced recall modes read-without-recall or migrate-on-close for
files migrated from a file system that has been exported by an NFS server.
Because NFS opens and closes a file many times when it is accessed by
an NFS client, performance can be severely hampered.

Becuase this is a consideration of how NFS works, there are no ADSM plans
to address this restriction.
