I have a problem with ADSM 1.2r7 on AIX 3.2.5.1, with migration not wanting to
kick in.

I have hi=2, and lo=0, and the %migr sits at 100%... All my volumes (Disk) are
full, I have a second stgpool of NFS mounted files that is full also (lo=0,
hi=1, %migr=100%), and a bunch of tapes that haven't been written to since
08/07/95... A tape is mounted, online, RW, and idle, approx 70% used.

Nothing can backup becasue there is no room left to backup to (Everything gets
the question would you like to wait for off-line media?).

Why won't a migration start? I've had a reboot last night, so its not a stuck
process somewhere, and everything else checks out...

How can I kick off a migration?
