The ADSM manuals need to be available from the FTP site
index.storsys.ibm.com. We pay big $$$$$ for our access to internet
and the the ADSM people want use to dial into compuserv and pay for
the phone call and the access time. I needed the Windows client manual
because IBM didn't send one to use when we ordered ADSM, so I decided
to go ahead and use compuserv. I down loaded the file, tried to unzip
it and the unzip failed. I tried it three different times throughout the
day and received the same error. I still don't have the manuals and
will have to pay for the three connects and phone calls. What are you
going to do about this ADSM support? There is no reason the manuals
can't be out on the FTP site. If there is, please let me know what
the problem is.

Best regards...
