Hello:

IBM is aware of a problem that results in "fsCheckAdd received more
than one response". If there are two occurrences of the ADSM client
running at the same time on a single machine that include the same
filespace in the domain then there is s timing window where this problem
can occur for that filespace. APAR IC09418 was opened for the AIX server
which should apply to all of the server platforms when the APAR closes.

In the past when this problem occurred the only way around the problem
was to call IBM and have someone in Level 2 instruct you on how to make
a change to the database to allow access to both filespaces. At this
time all of the server platforms now support the RENAME FILESAPCE
command which should rename one of the occurrences of the duplicate
filespace name in the database allowing you to determine which filespace
has valid data and which one does not. You can then do a delete filespace
aginst the filespace that does not have valid data.
