Hello ADSM-developpers,

I was wondering if u were thinking about the possibility to backup/archive
named pipes under "Unix" operating systems.

The named pipe is a good old stuff that would allow us to, for example, to 
encapsulate the backup of a database without copying it, or the 
dump/ufsdump/backup of a specific filesystem...
