Melinda, Try the option in dsm.opt.  The logic being, schedule options
are system-wide, and therefore should be in dsm.sys; error log options
may be user-specific, and belong in dsm.opt.  I can sure see where this
can be confusing, especially with two close sounding options appearing
together in the service stream.
