After applying IP20212 of the AIX-ADSM server and starting dsmserv, I always
get
 03/10/1995 14:01:15  ANR8310E An I/O error occurred while accessing library
                      EXB10ELIB.
 03/10/1995 14:01:15  ANR8441E Initialization failed for SCSI library EXB10ELIB.

The library is ready and configured correctly; when I reject the update,
everything is ok again.

Any suggestions what to do to apply the IP would be welcome.
