I am sure that we are all grateful for IBM's being so open about this
problem.

At SHARE last week, a requirement was written to make the ADSM server
record (and display) the service level that each client was using the
last time it connected.  I think it's clear that this problem has
increased the priority of that requirement.  We will now *really* need
a way to detect clients that are not current.
