The anonymous FTP site (index.storsys.ibm.com) directory FIXES is
currently unavailable.  A message says an explanation will be placed on
the list (and other places).

Thanks for the warning, IBM.  :(

Lots on my users go there to pick up the client software. So much for
that paragraph in the documents I've been writing.
