We had this problem a while back and it turned out to be that our migration
limits
for our disk storage pool were too high.  We had them originally set at 90%
and 70%.
The support center recommended setting them to 80% and 50%.  They said that the
backup processes continue to run while migration is going on and if you
don't allow
enough data to get migrated off, you might see this type of problem.
