We were also receiving the ANS4017E session rejected messages from the
Netware Client.  We upgraded the TCP/IP related software on the server
to Version 2 and it solved the problem (for a while).  The upgrade is
on the Novell FTP server.  I don't remember the file name, but I can
look it up if anyone is interested.  Now we are getting abends that
actually crash the server.
