Subject: vm server ptf vm56808/9/10 and svm code

The lastest adsm vm server level set code was made orderable from IBMLINK
today. This fixes several problems that are dear to my heart. Such as the
"server prompted scheduling hangs when a client node workstation is powered
off". And several other goodies.

But the adsm ptf if-reqs the following apar for vm/esa. For other releases
of vm there are other matching apars. Therefore one has to install the
new level of SVM code on the CMS system disk and/or in the svm segement
before one can use the new adsm code.

These files provide enablement support for a number of IBM
products which you may choose to install. Products which
require these files will IFREQ the appropriate APAR depending
on the version of VM being used. You may choose to install
this APAR now, or wait until you install a product which
  IFREQs it.

These files are updated on all levels and releases of VM/ESA.

With SVM V2R5M8 (the result of this APAR), you need to
increase the number of loader tables to a minimum of 6
  ( SET LDRTBLS 6 ).
