At Peak times, trapd is receiving 80 traps per minute which puts nvcorrd 45 minutes be; /usr/local/webapp/mharc-adsm.org/html/nv-l/1999-05/msg00454.html (14,836 bytes)

That's what the "Block" in the ruleset does.
