Yes, it is normal. It just means you moved the tape offsite before it was written completely full to the end. That is a proper thing to do - it is more important to get the right data into your vault

Hi, Only new/changed data is send to the copy pool, so it is normal to have filling tapes in your copy pool. Ways to keep this number down are: reclamation of the copy pool and turn off collocation o
