I need to keep a 3.1 server from allowing processes to run until my 3494 is operational again. Is there an option to set in dsm.opt or dsm.sys in 3.1 like the nomigrrecl in 3.7??? I tried this in the

Dont't have a 3494 but one thing I do when my library is down is use command UPDATE DRIVE to set online to NO, for each of the drives in library. This won't stop processes from starting but they will
