- Ziyad, Its been awhile, but I believe you can just "tar" the NetView databases up on a UNIX system: cd /usr/ov/databases/openview tar cvf /my_tar_directory/ovwdb.tar . I can't help you on the "Tivoli

- Can't tell you about Framework but you know the answer for Netview, don't you? You must back up all of /usr/OV/databases/openview. You cannot backup just topology, because it is integrated with the o

- Tivoli framework includes the command - wbkupdb - which makes a backup in the /var/spool/Tivoli/backups directory. You could then tar them onto a tape from there. Ziyad, Its been awhile, but I believ
