- You can look in nvaction.alog and determine whether the action is called three times or just once. If three times, then you can turn on nvcdebug -d all and run the test again and see what nvcorrd is

- I don't know how your actions could be processed twice unless you have a duplicate path you are not aware of. You can trace ruleset execution with the nvcdbug command. Try nvcdebug -d all or nvcdebug
