When I went from 3.7.1.0 to 3.7.2.01 my server also did this. I don't think it sends all the files to teh server but updates the status on it. I have an open PMR with IBM to clarify this though Sean

When I looked closer, it did indeed "update" most (didn't send the file to the server). It did backup a few that didn't appear to change. Tivoli Support told me, though, that there were 16 additional

I just spoke to my IBM contact. He is still looking into this but indicationsn where that the first time you install 3.7.2.01 it does look at all the files on a machien and does update them. My conta
