Dave - it depends..... The default mechanism is that NetView will ping every interface that it knows about, every 5 minutes. You have great flexibility to configure this polling interval for nodes, n

Dave, by default it pings each interface. Some nodes are polled via SNMP, and for those nodes, all interfaces on the nodes are polled via SNMP. Those cases are: 1) the addresses in your seedfile that
