- I have tested ASR on XP Pro, had none of the problems you describe. I see the ASR entry on the tree list, have a subdir for ASR in adsm.sys. The files went to a separate filespace on the server named

- At a TSM command prompt type "backup ASR" and see what happens. Also is your TSM server at V5.2. as well? I just installed a V5.2.3.0 Client on my WinXP Pro SP2 laptop and connected to my TSM server

- My TSM Server is at 5.1.6.3 I was able to run the "backup asr" command and it worked fine. The system performed an ASR and Tivoli created the ASR directory under /adsm.sys I also ran the command "q f
