I have a few nodes on my map that i want to delete and i have tried several times, the are removed from the map but not from the database and i keep getting alerts from them, which i really don't wan

Christian, have you one or more maps? If you delete an object from a map but you have other maps (for b/u reasons or for different users i.e.) then the object won't be deleted from databases. In such
