I assume you would use RESTORE VOLUME recreate it. My use of this command is documented on the log on 3/23. Let me know if I didn't answer your question.

Run a move data on the offsite volume, this will use the primary storage data and move it to a new copypool volume.

You can't do a Restore Volume because the volume was a Copy Storage Pool volume to begin with. Move Data of primary to copy pool is invalid. Robert Burton's suggestion of deleting the volume and doi

Now that one isn't right at all. The best way to "repair" a damaged copy storage pool volume is as Robert suggested. Delete the volume and run a backup stg on the storage pool. So: delete volume copy
