I had a similar problem when installing 5.1 and contacted support and posted the problem on NV-L. I got no responses and suppost suggested I repeat the installation. I removed all the Tivoli director

If you are getting the blue screen of "CDE death", make sure that you source your Tivoli environment in a .kshrc file, rather than in .dtprofile or .profile. Otherwise, I believe the problem is that
