Jane, Restore works as follows: If the directory exists, it is not restored - ADSM uses the existing directory. If the directory does not exist: For the command line client: the directory is restored

Does anyone know..... Does ADSM allow you to backup/restore the hidden files on an NT client that contain the file permission information? Can this info be omitted from backup/restore? Thanks for any
