They were set that way by netmon, who, for some reason, is not able to communicate with that box. What you have is a discovery problem and the way to solve that is to try to figure out why netmon can

The blue box probably has no interface card underneath it. I would look through the object database for something with the IP address of that interface card. And take a look at the APM topologies for
