I have that setup on one of my pools. Hi and lo are set to 0 and never change, and it only migrates data over the migdelay value... Could someone in the group please explain to me how migdelay works.

You have to check the migcontinue parameter. If it is at YES (the default) it will not take into account the migdelay parameter when doing migrations Guillaume Gilbert Storage Architect Storage Group
