Our command to fix it was: installp ?aX ?d/directoryname tivoli.tsm.msg.en_US.server where directoryname is the location of the TSM install files. The file; /usr/local/webapp/mharc-adsm.org/html/ADSM-L/2002-10/msg01199.html (15,001 bytes)

The problem is when need to upgrade the tivoli.tsm.msg.en_US.devices, server, and webhelp. You have to go into smitty and; /usr/local/webapp/mharc-adsm.org/html/ADSM-L/2002-09/msg01276.html (11,284 bytes)
