System: TSM 4.1.4 running on AIX 4.3.3 I have several tapes that TSM keeps switching the ACCESS from 'READWRITE' to 'READONLY' because of media fault. What do I need to do to replace these tapes? Ple

If the tapes are suspect, you can do an 'audit volume' on them, to verify the data is good. If the audit comes back clean, do a 'move data' on the failing tape(s), then remove the media from service.
