There are lots of appends about this- loading a MIB doesn't configure the trap in trapd.conf. To add a single trap, use xnmtrap, or bring it up Options->Event configuration-> Trap customization and a

When you say that you have loaded the related Traps, what exactly do you mean? The mib file may have trap definitions in it, but that does not enable Netview to format them. For that you have to eith

Hi Leslie, thank you for your response. What I mean is that I've loaded the traps using the mib2trap command, created and run the script, but the specific 3 trap not included in the MIB specification

If the specific 3 trap for that enterprise is not in the MIB then you must format it manually or go find the MIB which defines it. Have you tried looking out on the Cisco website for the right MIB? I
