- If either the client code is doing compression, or your tape drives are doing compression, you can get more than 20 GB of "data" on a tape. Look at the output from this to see what I mean: select vol

- What have you totalled - sum(capacity) or sum(capacity * pct_util / 100) ? Latter will give you the ammount of data while former will give you the space in filesystems (occupied and non-occupied). Al
