DISPSUB is started over in TEC, by a TEC user who selects a NetView event, and then says he wants to open the submap where this node is found. You'll have to stop it over in TEC or rename the binary

Ok, Mike if you say so. The dispsub daemon process is started out of the reg files, but my understanding was that it would be dormant until the TEC request (it's a special trap) was received. I have
