I do not understand, what is the concept behind archiving onsite? If I need a copy of my data for ten years, why should I keep it in the computer center? It would be convenient for me to mark them as

If you keep Archive, you have entries in your database. For data you want to keep 10 years. You may have to use Export function. And put Archive retention for less than 10 years. It depend of the num
