Hello, you can use a different managementclass and then the option copy serialization dynamic in the backup copy group. Tivoli then backs up the file at the first attempt if it is open or not! MfG/re

You can, but that doesn't guarantee you a "good" copy of the file, but a "fuzzy" copy. It also doesn't get you any files that are exclusively opened by an application. You'll need Open File Manager f
