Put them in a netmon seed file. Check the netmon man pages, or the NetView Installation Guide for more details. If you already have a seed file, just add the new routers, and run "netmon -y".

I don't believe there is. Loadhosts and seedfiles seem to be the only way to create them. I use loadhosts and node files exclusively here. Having said that, I'm almost positive someone else will know
NetView as shipped does not manage non-IP topology. But it can be extended to do so through gtmd and xxmap if you are willing to write the programs to do it. But objects are added and status maintain
