Our client has added a requirement to be able to acknowledge all events, i.e mark them as read without deleting them. I do not think that the NetView Events window can be adapted to do this but there

One silly stupid way is to configure all events to appear in popup windows. The operator then "reads" the message by clicking on "ok" to clear the popup while the message stays in the control desk. r
