Look in the arp cache (Monitor..Network Connectivity...) of the AS400 nodes and see if the mystery addresses show up in there with link addresses that start with 00000c. I have seen this lately too,

Thanks for the response Leslie. I've opened a case with Support #62170. Most of the addresses in the ARP cache begin with 0x0200. However there are entries for 0x00000c also.
