Backup reporter is the replacement for Command Central Services. NOM is included in 6.0 which replaces GDM and NBAR. Aptare is a separate product and is a very good reporting tool. www.aptare.com Ren

Greg, Great questions. I would say that it depends on the audience. Any reporting tool on the market for NBU today can give you this information in different "slices". Many clients do track this info
