We have found this in most cases to be related to NIC settings being our of sync. Or related to firewall performance if the backup is coming through a firewall. For 100MB both NIC and switch should b

If the system you are having trouble with has GigE on both ends, and you are autoneg, your problem is most likely something else. The 100 Mbps full does not apply. What speeds are you getting on the
