We’ve seen the same error doing restores using the Java Admin GUI via our workstations. If we use the Windows Backup and Restore utility on the Windows backup host the restore works fine. Sanda

Where is the restore being initiated? Master Server or VM Backup Host or Client Admin tools on local machine? Check this out (If no one has posted it).. http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index
