The rule of thumb is that your master server has to be the most current, then your media servers, and then your clients. So yes, if your client is MP4, then your master should be MP4 (or newer). Ther

Hi Marc, The master server MUST be the highest version. Topology as follows: 1. Master 2. Media 3. Clients The master must be the highest, followed by equal to or less than the media then the clients
