For additional storage units why wouldn't one use: /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/bpschedreq -read_stunits -rr Have you restarted the NetBackup daemons since you added the storage unit. This is on

This works as long as no jobs are running. However, if anything's going on it doesn't work. I figure that if nothing's going on, why not just restart the daemons anyway. It's also easier to remember

Turns out this was caused by a mismatch in patch levels. Go figure. I had applied patch cluster NB_34_1.solaris_237384 and NB_34_1.solaris_237386 to the master server, but not to the media server. Ve
