Went in this morning and found out that all 4 drives in my library were marked down by netbackup. I put them back "up" and restarted a failed backup. The first drive is back down, waiting on the rest

What is the physical status of the drives. Are they indicating a fault or possibly to be cleaned? Try taking netbackup out of the loop, can you access the drives directly via mt, tar or dd without er

Hi Robert On an UNIX systems you may find something the messages log. If not try to stop ltid and start it with the -v option. You could also try to put VERBOSE = 99 in you vm.conf restart vmd Regard
