We actually just resolved this problem here by specifying a Windows account for recoveries on the Networker server and making sure that account was a member of the Exchange servers local Backup group

phillip account for recoveries on the Networker server where did you specify the account? "local Backup" - is this an AD object? or local to the exchange server? we have no such group in our AD thanx

Hello Michael, The easiest solution is to login to the Exchange Server under the same username as that which was used for the backup, when you wish to recover. If that account had the privileges for
