Did someone aliases save to nsrarchive ? Have a try specifying short cmd and full path : save ..... /usr/bin/save ..... and verify link targets. Verify also the backup command field of your archiving

Is it a cluster ? Could be the client version to not be the same on both nodes. Have a try to uninstall networker and reinstall it. Maybe a corrupted/overwritten dll. Have also a try to force in PATH
